2016 NAHTF QAP Public Comment Period and Public Hearing

December 18, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — (LINCOLN, NEB.)—The Nebraska Department of Economic Development will conduct a public comment period, December 17-January 15, 2016, for the Proposed 2016 Nebraska Affordable Housing Act Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) that involves the distribution of approximately $10 million in Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) resources.

Copies of the QAP can be accessed on the DED website at: http://www.neded.org/community/grants/documentslibrary-a-forms/trust-fund on or after December 17, or may be requested by contacting Shannon Fortney at 800-426-6505, 402-890-4462, or shannon.fortney (at) nebraska (dot) gov
A public hearing for the Proposed 2016 QAP will be held on January 6, at 1 p.m. (CST) at The Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) located in the Nebraska State Office Building, 301 Centennial Mall South, fourth floor. DED staff is charged with drafting and administering the plan.
