$80,900 awarded Keith County Housing Dev. Corp. to purchase, rehab and resell home

LINCOLN, NEB. - August 24, 2010 - (RealEstateRama) -- The Nebraska Department of Economic Development has awarded Keith County Housing Development Corporation, a non-profit 501 (c)(3), $80,900 in Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Funds to purchase, rehabilitate and resell a home in Ogallala to a family earning at or below 100 percent of the Area Median Income.

NIFA’s Homeownership team recently held annual lender training meetings at the LaVista Conference Center on October 17th and at the Holiday Inn Express in North Platte on October 18th. At these events, awards were presented to the Top Producers and Shining Stars. Top Producer awards are given to the top ten loan officers who originate the most NIFA loans for first-time homebuyers in Nebraska in 2015.
