$250,000 awarded to CORE Development Inc., for housing rehab program

LINCOLN, NE - December 10, 2010 - (RealEstateRama) -- The Nebraska Department of Economic Development has awarded CORE Development, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit, $250,000 in HOME funds through a Nebraska Affordable Housing Program (NAHP) 2010 set aside grant to rehabilitate eight owner-occupied homes in Amelia, Brunswick, Chambers, Clearwater, Orchard, Inman, Ewing, Elgin, Neligh, Oakdale, Royal, Page and all of Antelope County

NIFA’s Homeownership team recently held annual lender training meetings at the LaVista Conference Center on October 17th and at the Holiday Inn Express in North Platte on October 18th. At these events, awards were presented to the Top Producers and Shining Stars. Top Producer awards are given to the top ten loan officers who originate the most NIFA loans for first-time homebuyers in Nebraska in 2015.
