Westwood Financial Corp., a national owner-operator of shopping centers, has announced the expansion and remodel of Hy-Vee supermarket at its Applewood Centre, located at 9765 Q Street in Omaha, Neb.

The Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, has processed the 2013 Real Property Abstracts of Assessment filed by the 93 Nebraska county assessors. Preliminary analysis indicates that real property valuations have increased 8.76% from 2012 to 2013, an increase in valuation of approximately $13.57 billon
